Prometheus is developing a cutting-edge revolutionary project called The Royal Blockhouse, in conjunction with some of Europe’s biggest influencers and experts in this space. The project combines two aspects of the blockchain revolution; "Ownership by NFTs" and "Design Infrastructure", a first of its kind in the world of luxury real estate. NFT ownership is The Royal Blockhouse ownership, with building sites chosen by the first owner.

The Royal Blockhouse will be a collection of 24 international luxury villas, designed by Prometheus, Scandinavian, Spanish and Portuguese architects. These will be deployed in idyllic locations worldwide, setting a new standard within the international property development space for permanent luxury real estate.
NFT OWNERSHIPNon-Fungible Tokens
The owner of the NFT will own the property. Property ownership is underpinned by the NFT purchase.
First owner of the NFT decides which location house will be built.
Property can be sold in future by transfer of the NFTs to new owner.
Prometheus will conduct due diligence and KYC on all NFT buyers to ensure compliance with US and EU law before accepting NFT purchase.
Buyers are required to cooperate with the Prometheus team's request for KYC through its lawyers and notaries.
Prometheus will build each property on a site chosen by the buyer in any of the 28 countries selected across the European Union.
Prometheus looks after all the legal processes to ensure legalisation of the property title deeds under each country's laws for every NFT owner or transfer.
Prometheus will retain 5% royalties on all future property transfers through NFTs. This covers the legal costs of transferring the property to a new owner each time as Prometheus commits to ensuring the properties are resold whilst compliant with all local laws, registration, KYC and taxation requirements for sellers and buyers.

A first of its kind, this exquisite luxurious minimalist villa will be the first of its kind, re-imagining how we live.
The houses will will be developed as a product with a fully finished deployment time from site to keys in 3 months.
Will include sustainable technologies to reduce consumption of natural resources including reuse of water, solar electricity, thermal energy trapping and waste treatment.
Designed with natural materials like CLT, Metal, recycled glass, stone, and minimal concrete.
The first NFT owner chooses the site of construction. Prometheus will visit the land location chosen with the client, and the luxury home will be deployed on the agreed site requested by the first NFT buyer.
The villas will be fully operational on the blockchain, from smart home features, licensing, royalties, rent, fees, technology, access, payments, ledger of tenants and so on.
DEFi & SOCIALFiLeveraged
NFT/Home owners will be able to raise further capital with main stream financial sectors as owners of their luxury properties, earn rental income, and take respective ownership of the $PROMETHEUS COIN. This will provide the ability to tap into financial revenue streams with the underlying asset even though it may have been purchased using cryptocurrency.
NFT/Home owners will be able to sell their properties via NFTs quickly, rather than traditional brick and mortar agencies. Legal transfers of the home ownership is concluded by the Prometheus legal team each time once new prospective owner passes KYC.
The Prometheus cryptocurrency will be available on publicly traded international crypto markets & exchanges for its buyers and investors to be part of the eco-system that drives this project forward.
Each NFT owner will take 5 million tokens of the Coin ownership. This represents 0.5% of the $Prometheus coin and therefore NFT owners will hold 12% of total supply prior to ICO (Initial Coin Offering).
Prometheus coin will go through an ICO and be available to the public to purchase.

NFT owners go through all the necessary KYC requirements and sign agreements with our notaries and lawyers for their acquisitions.
NFT owners then make payments for their NFT ownership for construction preparation to commence.
May 2026Final construction planningAfter deliberation and continuous refinement, the project design is confirmed, ready to proceed to the approvals and permits phase.
Project videos, virtual reality, brochures and all other supporting material is printed ready for distribution and marketing.
Application is shortly lodged with the municipalities for building approval.
June 2026Construction LicensesFormal application to each location townhall for license to build and deploy houses.
Each country will have its own local architect in our team to ensure all compliance and legislative requirements for the house to be approved on the chosen ground.
July 2026Off-site build beginsWe build the majority of the house in a warehouse in Spain.
This ensures that by the time the licenses arrive, we are ready to move an 80% finished house to the site and utilise this waiting period productively.
June 2027License to proceed with constructionWe anticipate this to occur within 12 months of permits application, We move the houses to the chosen sites when the permits arrive.
July 2027The final 20% of construction is finished on siteThis process would take up to 3 months from moving to site before keys are ready for handover.
November 2027The Royal Blockhouse is ready!NFT owners can move into their properties after signing final ownership paperwork.
December 2027End of constructionWe anticipate construction to come to completion at this stage and begin the hand over of all new homes to their respective buyers whilst supporting clients' every need to help them take ownership successfully.
