Club.Prometheus is the Luxury Property Management arm of Prometheus.International, developing 5-Star luxury properties. Club.Prometheus aims to provide a private boutique holiday, as well as an everyday living experience in paradise, with a more professional approach when compared to other bungalows and villas available for rent by owners and agents.

Club.Prometheus is multi-faceted, providing both world class property management of our Prometheus luxury homes and 5-Star private holiday experiences. Everything is nestled in the most exquisite locations the island has to offer, enticing holiday makers that visit the island - whether for a day or for 3 months.

We cater to high-end, independent travellers who seek superior beachfront accommodation mixed with a dose good old-fashioned, customized hospitality. We boast a large portfolio, which continues to grow, featuring luxury properties managed by us, inclusive of those we have already built.


Property Management


Make yourself completely at home in this slice of paradise, enjoying your home to the fullest while we take care of the rest. Access to our developments are 100% secured and restricted with 24-hour security. There is a permanent team of staff on-site to maintain the upkeep of the gardens, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of all communal areas of the resort, ensuring uncompromised impeccable surroundings at all times.

The spirit of our developments combine unparalleled privacy with a friendly atmosphere, where you can meet new people, get together with neighbours or even dine in or out with friends and family. The club house and pool bar, along with an extensive pool-side terrace, provide a friendly and relaxed meeting area for all ages to reap the rewards of.

    This service itself is FREE with your Club.Prometheus membership. You only have to pay for the cost of fulfilling your requirement.

    We will assist you with the short term and long term rental of your property through our rental pool described below. This will enable you to realise between 4% and 7% return on investment. These returns are more significant than what your bank would give you and therefore we work very hard to provide an end to end service to help you achieve this goal.

    Management Services

    Management of bookings and clients of your property includes:

  • Providing you with an online calendar for easy access to the rental information of your property, facilitating your own stays
  • Pay the electricity for the period when the unit is occupied by the clients (water is included in the syndic fee)
  • Manage the maid services.
  • Handle all admin and payments relating to the bookings.
  • Ensure the property is ready upon check-in (neat and tidy, welcome pack).
  • Personally welcome the clients (quick briefing on the property and surrounding area).
  • Provide a 24-hour support hotline during the client’s stay.
  • Organise airport transfer of the client upon request.
  • Maintenance services

    Maintenance services include:

  • Attend to any minor maintenance needs your property should require, such as: replacing light bulbs, repairing broken door handles shelves, hinges, sorting out basic plumbing problems, etc. All repairs exceeding a once-off cost of €80 will be charged to you, upon receipt of your approval, subsequently deducted from your rental income.
  • The maintenance does not include mandatory servicing of equipment and appliances, such as air conditioners and washing machines.
