(2) The information we collect

We collect information from you when you complete our on-line forms, by means of 'persistent cookies' when you use our site, and in the form of 'traffic data'.

On-line forms
We collect information you give us when you subscribe to 'My Area' and when requesting brochures and call backs. The only information we require is that which we need in order to provide a service to you. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Should we require any additional information that will assist us in the improvement of our services, over and above the basic required information, it will be made clear that your response is voluntary, and that you are free to choose not to provide us with more information than you wish

How we use it

We will keep you on our mailing lists until such time that ask us to remove you from them permanently.

Transfers outside Europe
Data protection legislation is harmonised throughout Mauritius and the European Economic Area ('EEA') which comprises the EU member states, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Countries outside Mauritius and the EEA do not generally have the same level of protection for personal information as those within the EEA. Should you reside outside of the EEA, we shall transfer this information to your home country or territory, for the purposes set out in the "How we use it" section above. By providing us with your information, you give us reason to assume that you are in full agreement with this transfer. If you are from the EEA, we shall not transfer any personal information we collect from you outside the EEA and Mauritius.
